2. Types of Data Collected
Data provided voluntarily by the user
When you book through Cal.eu or submit the contact form, you voluntarily provide the information needed to arrange the meeting or respond to your enquiry. Depending on the route you choose, this may include:
- First and last name
- Email address and company
- Area of interest and project details you choose to provide

Navigation data and Cookies
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. For details on the cookies used, please refer to the "Cookie Policy" section of this document.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
The personal data provided are processed for the following purposes:
- To arrange the call and respond to your request: Calendar and form data is used only to manage the appointment, reply to your message, and handle any resulting pre-contractual relationship. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To measure and improve the website: Only with your consent may we activate Google Tag Manager and any configured analytics or marketing tags. The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the footer.
4. Methods of Processing and Retention Period
Data processing is carried out using IT and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. The data are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected:
- Booking and contact-form data will be retained for as long as needed to manage the request and any resulting pre-contractual relationship.
- Your consent preference remains in browser storage until you change it, reset it from the footer, or clear site data. The duration of any optional cookies depends on the configured tags and the relevant provider policies.
5. Communication and Dissemination of Data
Personal data is not published. It may be processed by technical providers needed to deliver the service, particularly Cal.com/Cal.eu for scheduling, Formspree for secure contact-form delivery, and Google for services activated through Google Tag Manager after consent. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers will rely on GDPR-recognized mechanisms and the safeguards stated by that provider.

- Request access to their personal data.
- Obtain the correction or cancellation of the same.
- Request the limitation of processing.
- Object to their processing.
- Request data portability.
- Withdraw consent, where provided.
- Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).
These rights can be exercised by sending a communication to the Data Controller's email address: privacy@adastrads.com.
Cookie Policy
1. What are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device when you visit them. They help websites remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language and other settings, making your next visit easier and the site more useful to you.
2. How We Use Cookies
Our website is designed with your privacy in mind. We use cookies responsibly and only when necessary to provide you with the best possible experience while respecting your choices.
3. Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary Cookies
We use browser local storage to remember your language and cookie choices. This is necessary to respect your preferences and is not used for profiling.

With your consent, we load Google Tag Manager container GTM-WQFQRMJ3 and any analytics tags configured inside it. Without consent, the container is not loaded and analytics events are not sent.
Marketing and Advertising Cookies
Any advertising measurement or retargeting tags configured in Google Tag Manager may activate only if you explicitly enable the Marketing category. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
We believe in giving you full control over your cookie preferences. When you first visit our website, you will see a cookie consent banner that allows you to choose which types of cookies you want to accept. You can change your preferences at any time by:
- Clicking "Manage cookies" in the website footer
- Using your browser settings to block or delete cookies
Strictly necessary local storage remains active so the site can remember your choices. You can disable analytics and marketing at any time without affecting core site functions; clearing site data will cause the preference banner to appear again. 5. Third-Party Cookies
The booking page embeds Cal.eu to display availability and create the appointment. Cal.eu may receive technical browsing data and the details you choose to enter in the calendar. Google Tag Manager is loaded only after consent for the optional categories you select.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
