The personal data provided are processed for the following purposes:

• To arrange the call and respond to your request: Calendar and form data, together with its attribution, is used to manage the appointment, reply to your message, understand which initiative generated the request, and handle any resulting pre-contractual relationship. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To protect forms from abuse: We use a pseudonymous identifier produced by applying HMAC to the IP address in order to enforce temporary submission limits. We do not store the IP address in the lead database. The legal basis is the Data Controller's legitimate interest in securing the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To measure and improve the website: Only with your consent may we activate Google Tag Manager and any configured analytics or marketing tags. The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the footer.

4. Methods of Processing and Retention Period

Data processing is carried out using IT and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. The data are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected:

• Booking and contact-form data, including associated attribution, will be retained for no more than 24 months unless the enquiry results in a contractual relationship or a legal obligation requires a different period.
• Pseudonymous identifiers used for abuse prevention are deleted within 48 hours. Technical email-notification attempt logs are deleted after 90 days.
• Your consent preference remains in browser storage until you change it, reset it from the footer, or clear site data. The duration of any optional cookies depends on the configured tags and the relevant provider policies.

Personal data is not published. It may be processed by technical providers needed to deliver the service: Hostinger for website hosting and the API, Supabase for the lead and conversion database, Zoho Mail for email notifications, Cal.com/Cal.eu for scheduling, and Google for services activated through Google Tag Manager after consent. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers will rely on GDPR-recognized mechanisms and the safeguards stated by that provider.
